An image labelled “editorial reconstruction” is project-generated explanatory artwork, not a documentary photograph of a named person, business, dish, event, or historical moment.

Each reconstruction is tied to a cited institutional or official content source, reviewed for visible plausibility, and captioned with the limits of what it can establish. Recipes, vessels, portions, workshops, menus and local practices can vary; visitors should verify current conditions directly.

These project-controlled assets are published for use inside China Unframed. This notice does not grant a separate third-party reuse license.

标注为“编辑复原”的图片是项目生成的解释性画面，不是对某位人物、某家商户、某道成品、某次活动或某一历史时刻的纪实摄影。

每张复原图均关联机构或官方内容来源，并对画面合理性与可见内容进行审核；图注同时说明其证据边界。配方、器皿、分量、作坊、菜单与地方实践可能变化，实际情况应以现场核实为准。
